Berkeley was full of food carts adjacent to the campus; so the instructors came up with a project to design a cart of your own. The theme or the purpose of the cart did not have to center on food.
I choose food for the soul. The Golden Road to Devotion - The Center of Innerspace. This was tongue & cheek attempt at satire for Berkeley and the Age of Aquarius was still alive in well in the late 1970s. The name was lifted from the title of a Grateful Dead song.
The project was to design a paper model of the cart complete with tabs that could be cut out, folded and assembled with glue. The folding instructions are provided in the upper right corner of the sheet, refer to the other photo.
