AgustaWestland Merlin HC3i ZJ136 Code U
AgustaWestland Merlin ZJ136 Code U was built as a HC3, first flying on the 7th March 2002, and was delivered to the RAF on the 29th April 2002. The aircraft was subsequently upgraded to a HC3i variant at Westland Helicopters, Yeovil, being returned to service on the 16th December 2015. In November 2017, Merlin HC3i became an asset of 846 NAS. The aircraft is based at RNAS Yeovilton, and is tasked in the tactical support and CASEVAC roles.
