Thank you, Mom, for taking care of Mama.

You see, my Grandmother is 88 years old. For the last few years her spirit and her mind have been in decline and recently her body has joined suit. She has lived a wonderful life and was a remarkable, kind, loving woman.

 

My Mom goes to the nursing home and makes sure she is feed and taken care of at least a few times a day. She has had to fight the system to get my Grandmother the care she needs. No one could want for a better advocate than my Mom. I know she does it because it is her Mother, but she really is doing such a wonderful job. She is the daughter I hope to be.

 

So thank you. And I love you and wish I were closer to help.
