Pied Wagtail and Kingfisher 3 of 3

I have witnessed incidences of Kingfishers showing aggressive behaviour towards each other but I have not seen a situation of a Pied Wagtail being aggressive towards a Kingfisher, but that is what I witnessed at the Black Hole Marsh NR, near Seaton. The Kingfisher was hassled as it flew from post to post and eventually gave up and left the area.
