“One King St. West” (centre building of image) merged complexes with the redeveloped 12-story Michie & Co. Grocers & Wine Merchants office building (Left building of image). Completed in 2005, "One King St. West" was narrowly constructed to make use of the limited land available between its neighbouring buildings. As seen in the image, it sits no more than two feet away from its neighbour to the right and is currently the tallest completed condominium building in Toronto at 51-stories high.
