Welded and Painted

Seat pan clamp now replaced with a permanent weld. This makes it feel more sturdy. Also reinforced the head-tube with a wedge just below the down-tube.

 

Did some amateur spray paint job on it too. Just a rear-view mirroe and it should be ready to go to the open roads now.
