Who says when engines are down you can't still cruise, well with a little breeze, this aqua hopper might just get to the finish line faster skimming along the surface, you see on there Island Ca-Nu, its every man for himself. This is a 2 time inter state champion. I wanted to push the island theme straight into the ocean. I love this concept.
