Taiaroa Head is a headland at the end of the Otago Peninsula in New Zealand, overlooking the mouth of the Otago Harbour. It lies within the city limits of Dunedin. The headland is home to a colony of Royal Albatross birds. To be honest, that is all pretty boring, unless you are into the Royal Albatross. It's just simply beautiful landscape up there, and that is what drew my eye into the image. Hard to believe when looking at this shot, the surrounding mountains behind Dunedin are covered in snow.
