NFL Referee uniform with white knickers
This is the uniform the NFL referees wore when they first switched to the new style shirt. Plain white knickers with a black leather belt were worn along with 2 stripe knee high socks and Reebok shoes. A yellow penalty flag was used along with a blue bean bag. A black undershirt was worn under the uniform shirt. The referee wore a white hat and the other officials wore a black hat.
