Font and Source Saint Savva
The holy spring is located on the site chosen by the Monk Savva (a disciple of St. Sergius of Radonezh). The skete and the source of St. Sava are about seven hundred meters from the monastery. The source is located on the Storozhka hill at the confluence of the Storozhka River and the Moskva River..The water temperature in the font - even on very warm days - is about 4 degrees. By tradition, dipping need with your head thrice..I did this and advise everyone:)
