From the point on where the 2D crossection topology changes from (oo) to (O) Skeinforge-35 generated only the outermost extra shell (extra shells set to 3; fill set to 0.00; zero bottom layers)

I had the same problem with Stanford Bunny model, starting right after the first layer

(settings: SF39 & infill 0.05)
