URBAN STAIRCASES de MONTREAL I am struck by the ubiquity of your external architectural placement.
As I view you through my lense, I begin to see you as more than just staircases, you represent entryways into the lives, hopes and dreams of your inhabitants. Protective of your owners—standing as calm guardians, sentinels—revealing just so much, keeping their innermost mystery sacred.
As I comtemplate this, I realize that for me you’re a metaphor for the journey of Life; of beckoning Opportunity; and the fulfillment of Destiny.
Representative of the inner self—at times we live moment to moment, at our Highest Self, at others in our most human, flawed self. At times our spiritual practice goes up, as we meditate—listening to our connection to Spirit, as we pray affirming our gratitude with God, as we hold true to our highest Vision for our lives.
I’m drawn to specific styles that are really just a mirror of my Self.
So who are you? You winding, classic, sleekly modern, purely functional beings? To where are you leading me next as only you can in your quebequoi fashion...
