Synesthesia Calendar

When I think of the calendar year, this is what I visualize in my head -- a 3D circle tilted at about a 30 degree angle, which January 1st at the highest point. Each month of the year takes up varying amounts of space on the circle (summer months are typically bigger) and each month has a very distinct color associated with it. The ring stays fixed in space, but depending on the time of year, my mind's eye places me someplace either inside the ring, or just above the ring; this all depends on the time of year. For instance, right now, it's April 6 (my birthday). I've always visualized this date as if I'm floating above Oct/Nov (or at about 10 o'clock on the circle) and looking across the disk towards the reddish-orange month of April. I've visualized time this way for as long as I remember and until very recently, assumed everybody else thought the same way.
