{39} Birthday boy
A pretty perfect 3rd birthday. First there were presents... then breakfast; then grandma arrived; then more presents; then grandad turned up and took the birthday boy out for a walk and to see the hole being dug in the road (gas leak) - Joseph was invited to press the button on the cable tracing machine; then lunch with cake and candles; then more presents; then a nap; then one last present; then daddy appeared, then a birthday tea at Carluccio's; then a walk home in the dark being followed by the moon ("I think it waited for us while we were in the restaurant"); then milk & Octonaughts; then bed.
