Rensselaer County Sheriff Jack Mahar and Scarsdale Police Chief John Brogan met with host of Capitol Tonight Liz Benjamin to recount their recent meetings with members of the legislature regarding the importance of investing in early education programs such as a pre-k from a crime prevention perspective.

 

Mahar and Brogan discussed their support for QUALITYstarsNY, a quality rating and improvement system that would ensure access to higher quality early education programs.
