Over the last 4 years, Bell’s Savory Flavorists have been working on new technology advancements, specifically with reaction based flavor systems. Our past line of flavors developed for Chefs was called Fresh Cut Chef Herb Top Notes™. The next phase has focused around reaction flavors that deliver premium flavor profiles to improve beef flavors with newer flavor notes in the natural category. These flavors are all natural, non GMO, non allergen, & vegan. In this demonstration a top note reaction flavor is added to a roast beef broth that is an improvement to Bell’s original reaction meat flavor.
