Pollinators and Honey

Our Farm Room honeycomb in 2011 highlighted nature's wide range of pollinators, from bees to bats to butterflies. Our annual Sweet 16 Honey-Tasting Tournament gives visitors a chance to vote on their favorite honey from a field of 16 varietal honeys brought in from around the world. The 2011 champ was a wild huckleberry honey from the Pacific Northwest.
