Securing the Hatches
On the 22nd May 2019 the 'Arklow Fortune' (2007, 4,889DWT) departs from Teignmouth in ballast for Rouen.
The impressive Irish owned and operated vessel had delivered a cargo from Teesport, no doubt the fertilizer Polysulphate from the Boulby mine. It was nice to watch a relatively big ship leaving quickly to catch the tide with the bang of the hatch covers being secured.
