"Keep Safe Places" on Vimeo by Bill Newsinger

This is a film I have made for the Leicestershire Valuing People Team. The film will be distributed on DVD as part of an information pack and it is intended to publicise the "Keep Safe Places" scheme. The aim is to encourage local shops and other venues to host the scheme and to offer to provide a temporary "safe place" for anyone who made need it.
