The seed head of Broad-leaved Willowherb (Epilobium montanum) growing in the hedgerow, beside the path, close to the River Manifold as it winds its way through the Ilam Hall estate, which is managed by the National Trust, in the Peak District National Park in Staffordshire.

Historically used as a medicinal treatment for prostate, urinary and bladder problems.
