Not crab season, the gull was quite the hunter, first taking off the crab claws, then piercing the soft side of the shell to start the feast. A few moments later, the Fish and Wildlife Dept. gave it a summons for hunting out of season. F&W needs cash, so is acting as a vacuum cleaner, picking even the gull's pockets =:-]
