This wagon, or van, is for the traveling country troubadour, Fred Tobin. I hadn't heard from him. On Southern BC [wine, fruit and veggie country], there was a summer festival with Elvis impersonaters. I don't think Mr. Tobin is one, but, as why Willy Sutton robbed banks, Mr. Tobin headed to where the action was.
More precisely: In the city of Kelowna, on the shore of huge Okanagan Lake, is surrounded by pine forests and provincial parks. The Okanagan Valley sure is beautiful!
