Rachel Ray's Book
Got this last year for Christmas. It is a decent cook book and while, strictly speaking there are no repeats, there are several recipes that are just variations of others.
She provides some commentary on most of the recipes. Also the recipes are listed in the front under serveral different catagories. A good index as well.
See my renditions of the following:
Spicy Shrimp and Penne with Puttanesca Sauce.
Burger with Cajun Corn and Red Beans.
Couple-of-Minute Steaks and Potato Ragout
Lemon and Brown Butter Fish Fillets
Lime-and-Honey Glazed Salmon with Warm Black Bean and Corn Salad
