Telenomus longistriatus?

another of this confusing parasitoid wasp of the Scelionidae family found in the garden. Closest identification is Telenomus longistriatus, but this has genal striae or carinae and is 1.0mm long, whereas T.longistriatus has no genal striae and is 0.6 or 0.7mm long. Guidance is needed!
