I don't know about my timing, as I'm in the frame, but I kind like the high visibility pink jersey in the shot. I should have moved my bike to the centre to show the matching colour water bottles.
Our lunch stop in Smiths Falls is one of the best in the our cycling travels. Cheap, very good food, usually excellent service and they serve breakfast all day. My lunch was 2 eggs, bacon, toast and potatoes. Yummy!
On the way back, for the first time EVER we lost our GPS leader, Alex. Don't ask, as it's a long story and it involved 10km of gravel. We did end up finding him about an hour later.
