Mystery Criterion 1

My Scout (www.bighugelabs.com) searches had never found more than 23 Explored photos for me, but this search on Dec. 24 found 144. Since a more recent search finds the same 23 (most recent from 2016, and not all of which are found in this set), I think this must be some sort of holiday promotion based on something other than inclusion in Explore.
