Seneca Rocks
I know I've posted shots of Seneca Rocks before but .... new day, new look! This is the Potomac river and the water is very high and here you see it pouring through the pipes that go under the bridge that I posted yesterdays whirlpool photo from. The noise of the water was almost deafening! We had this lovely spot all to ourselves as there were only a couple of cars in the parking area and I think those people must have been off hiking. I was a little concerned that Anita would let herself go tumbling into that water as she was hopping around among the rocks (just to the left of the shot) but her angel was on duty that day! :)
