B axle

Here is the little piece of plastic that is causing all the crashes. This is the spacer on the B axle bolt that secures newer style Megarange derailleurs to the derailleur hanger. The plastic deforms in normal use allowing the derailleur to get into the spokes. I replaced mine with a copper washer. The derailleur would no longer pivot at this point but it still worked. This is criminal incompetence by Shimano engineers and all of these need to be recalled.
