Sun On The Horizon!
Thank you everyone for your encouragement, comments and support. It means so much! Court went well, and it seems the tide is finally turning on the situation! As A CAFCASS report had not taken place, as had been ordered, the final court hearing is postponed to Thursday 6th June. Many positive things were said, and our son got to speak to the opposing barrister, so seems to be seeing things he didn't realize before, especially as Paige's mother is clearly now not acting with the decency they all thought!!! The most encouraging thing said was by HER side, that Paige knew the court case was that day, and she had told her mother that she wanted to go, to say how SHE really felt! The mother obviously thought this was to say how she didn't want to see her father, but we know different! Our son yesterday, for the first time, had the strength to speak up for himself and Paige, and was respected for doing so. Hopefully the mother will now give us a date to see Paige in the Easter holiday, as it will look very bad on her if she doesn't!! I will mail those personally who have been so kind as to mail me, but this is a general update here.
