Restricted in name but not in nature

When I worked for Fifa as a volunteer last year, I was amused to walk past the restricted area (which was supposed to be off limits-even to us)sign- time and time again. No one ever asked, no one ever questioned. You are right Mr Trevor Noah, here in South Africa we work on an honesty system! Not Vega thinking Fifa!
