The Assembly Room of The Market Hall was fully restored in 2013, and officially opened in August by Victoria Wood. Seen here set out for the annual Pantomime.The work included new lighting throughout, new window pelmets, new stage proscenium molding, a hearing-loop system, new curtains (stage and windows) new seating, and new tables.
