Partial Cornerstone

This is probably from the "Alamo" school.

The "Alamo" school had nothing to do with San Antonio; it had a rounded top so they nicknamed it "Alamo."

The cornerstone is not dated, but the architect & contractor listed on this stone worked on the Alamo school & only one other project in Texas (in Central, Texas.) The cornerstone is cut in half, probably because it is large & heavy. We do not know where the other half is, or when the stone was cut like this. The "Alamo" school has been demolished.
