My Christmas Log

Well its more of a Christmas stump.

I used my mothers DRÖM TÅRTA recipe and just made the chocolate sponge a little thicker and same with the vanilla butter cream. Rolled it up and made the brave thing by standing it up. A thin layer of Valrhona ganache and the stump was done. Some South Australian cherries, toasted & salted almond, and an edible chocolate dirt to surround the stump.
