Practical Peppermint Puffs
I used the classic Geranium dress as my start, but turned it into a bubble dress to mimic the look of an old fashioned peppermint puff. I lengthened the inside yoke to make a full lining, and the outer skirt is peppermint striped chiffon. The bodice and cap sleeves are top stitched with a star stitch, referencing the Starlight Mints brand. Her hairbow is a sparkly white pom pom. More pictures in my flickr pool!
