ice cream skirt

For this skirt a used Bora's ice cream fabric www.spoonflower.com/fabric/592477 wich she gave me on my birthday (thanks Debor!) I made this skirt for my two year old, but unfortunately I made a messure mistake so the skirt is to tight arround her legs :( She can't move free in it, so she can't wear it :(
