1967 VW Beetle 1500
I had a 1967 Beetle 1500 in 1980. It certainly wasn't as good looking as this one!
I've owned 1200 and 1300 Beetles too, and in truth there isn't much point in buying anything other than the 1200 IMO as all the bigger engined ones did that I could see was used more fuel; a lot more fuel in the case of the 1500. Possibly that's why the 1500 was only produced for a couple of years or so and must be a rare model today.
It was last MOT'd in 2018 and had covered 70,000 ish miles then. Judging from it's usage pattern that could well be accurate. It last changed owners in 2020.
