'Goldie' at Work
This Goldoni, an Italian made tractor, holds more than five tractor buckets of gravel and can dump the load to the rear or to either side. It is articulated, which makes it extremely maneuverable in tight spots in the woods.
When Ellen Jensen loaned us 'Goldie', we were just beginning work on a section of accessible hiking trail that is quite a distance from the landing where the gravel is delivered. This workhorse of a machine could not have come at a more opportune time.
