Open both photo's in photoshop. Drag the photo with the finger blocking the sun (photo 2) onto the photo with the lensflare(photo 1).Hold the shift key when you release the photo for perfect alignment. Or select photo 2 ( ctrl A) then copy to clipboard (ctrl c) Than click photo 1 and paste (ctrl v).

Open layers palette and make sure photo 2 is selected. Select the eraser tool and using a soft brush erase the finger. Flatten the layers. You now have a photo without lensflare.

 

Its possible that there is some minor difference in lighting between the 2 used photo's because you are partially blocking a strong lightsource. This becomes visible at the place where you erased the finger. You can adjust the levels until the lighting is beter balanced between both photo's before you flatten the layers. Succes!!!
