My wife Ginger had to fight with this disease a few years ago and I thank God she won her battle. Now her sister Barbara is fighting with it. She is, as always, in our thoughts and prayers as she deals with any fears and unknowns. She knows God is with her so she's facing it with all the strength He gives her.
I'll be in the Komen Houston Race for the Cure® (Team Live, Love Pink) tomorrow to show support for them both and for all women who have to deal with this terrible disease.
