Positive thinking...

It hasn't been an easy time for me lately but today it felt like things might be changing for the better. A visit to the diabetic nurse gave hope as my diabetic blood test result was good. Still room for improvement but good enough to feel relief.

And walking home in the sunshine - what could be more positive than that?
