Red Fox
Late May and my first trip out of the year to photograph Red Kites and Foxes, Hopefully.
This Fox was notable because of its "Underbite" a condition where a Fox's lower teeth and jaw extend further forward than the upper teeth.In the wild, an underbite can make it hard for a fox to hunt and eat. Although this Fox seems to be doing very well.
The Red Fox is our only wild member of the dog family. They are not fussy eaters and will happily munch on small mammals, birds, frogs, worms as well as berries and fruit.
Famed for their cunning and stealth, these orangey-red dogs with their bushy tails can be seen in towns and the countryside.
