Future Young Pretender ?
After a 3 month lockdown i finally managed a trip out to catch with 2 of my photo buddies at Bushy Park.
Wouldn't normally go to Bushy at this time of the year, but it was a mid point meeting place for us.
This young Red Deer Stag with velvet on its growing antlers rests in the morning sun thinking of the future ahead.
The Red Deer is one of the largest Deer species. A male Red Deer is called a stag or hart, and a female is called a hind.
