Portland Oregon Graffiti

I spotted this graffiti on a fence in NW Portland today shortly before having a fine Indian lunch at Swagat and heading home to the coast today. The reference there to Portland's famed Made In Oregon sign was interesting to see, as the City now, controversially, charges a fee for commercial photography of that prominent sign by the Burnside Bridge.
