Individual Operator Kit (LEMK-IO)

Chinook Law Enforcement Medical Kit - Individual Operator (LEMKTM-IO) Version 1 (current LEMK-IO is a thigh mount pouch).

For Tactical Team members this kit features everything the LEMKTM-PO has but adds necessary items to address chest wounds and provide airway treatment.

Pouch is made of rugged durable cordura fabric and large YKK zippers. Features a zip pocket on the outside and 2 mesh pouches and 2 elastic keepers on the inside. Bottom mesh pouch features elastic strips for securing shears.

Molle compatible with PALs webbing and Malice Clip system.
