Alert and alarmed

As his does forage nervously in growing darkness a chital stag ( Axis axis) tests the air. The problem was me. I was casually wandering towards them trying to give off that 'oh don't mind me' sort of air, all the while thinking 'just let me get a bit closer before it gets completely dark, please...'. Unfortunately, they weren't convinced and this is the best shot I got.
