Reduce speed from 100 to 80, Bruce Hwy, Townsville, QLD, 13/12/12

d73011a. For what reason?? The work being conducted here is well off the road. There is no hazard. There is no need for a reduction of speed.

 

This sort of thing degrades the use of temporary slow speed signs and reinforces the very poor level of observance.
