e00815a. Moving along at a snail-pace south towards Perth central, in the twilight! Traffic is crawling at same snail-pace heading north. This is normal for Perth! This freeway is anything but a 'free way'!
Perth's infrastructure is not keeping up its rapid rate of population growth!
And then there's the highly stressed water-supply capability and the ever-rapidly-increasing demand for water created by rapid population growth, which politicians at all levels seem hell-bent on maintaining!
Perth is a million miles away from being a sustainably city, and heading RAPIDLY in the WRONG direction!
