WW2 RAF re-enactors.

 

Duxford does tend to attract them for the themed airshows it puts on. IIRC this was the VE-Day airshow which was actually held on a rather wet september weekend. The group itself just sits and stands around pretending to be a fighter squadron at the ready. Nice work if you can get it.
