Does this qualify as cheating? Using an iPhone and Hipstamatic? And only one picture for, like, the entire week? Usually I roll my eyes at overprocessed psuedo-vintage pics (hmmm... why do I have Hipstamatic on my phone then...?), but this saved a bunch of seconds editing, and I didn't have my camera handy. And it's pretty.
We have just moved into a new house, and with boxes and stuff everywhere, trusty camera has been mostly safely stowed in a heavily padded camera bag, so not many pictures or even time for them. But, out here in AZ this is my favorite time of day--early sunset, with monsoon clouds making interesting shapes and colors in the sky. (And of course that is also the time when things slowly start to cool off, coincidentally.) This is also the time that husband is sure to be home from the heinous hours of grad school, and having him home makes me happy.
