Sibianor (= Bianor) aurocinctus (Salticidae).
Female, length c.3.2mm. First leg femora + patella + tibia much wider than other legs. Walk distinctive, with first pair legs shaking and waving around.
From long grass at edge of path across bracken-filled meadow at (NW bit of) Bricket Wood Common, Hertfordshire, England, 29th June 2012.
